CubeSmart Self Storage

On December 3, 2025, my movers discovered rodent feces, urine contamination, one live rodent, and one deceased rodent inside my CubeSmart storage unit. As a result of this infestation, more than $5,000 worth of my personal property was damaged. When I reported the issue to Des, They were both dismissive and aggressive. In addition to the unprofessional conduct, They provided inaccurate information regarding CubeSmart’s claims process. After several follow-up calls, I was eventually given proper instructions to file a claim, only to learn that CubeSmart’s protection plan does not cover rodent damage. Plainly, my claim was denied by the insurance carrier, and CubeSmart’s corporate risk management department has declined to offer any substantive resolution. It is deeply concerning that CubeSmart is aware of pest issues at this location yet appears unwilling to allocate adequate resources to ensure safe, sanitary conditions or to meaningfully address the financial harm caused to customers. The presence of live and dead rodents inside a storage unit represents a significant failure in facility maintenance and oversight. The customer service response and facilities management at this location fall well below reasonable expectations and reflect a troubling lack of accountability.

I just can't begin to explain how much I love this storage facility. I've rented from other storage companies before, but none compare to this facility. I've been utilizing this facility for storage purposes for more than a year now and I have no complaints. The facility and lot itself is always clean and free of debris. I also really appreciate that the manager and staff are very friendly and always willing to answer questions and assist when possible. The manager's name is Des and Des is very customer service focused. Des is very friendly and can always be seen working with and assisting customers. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. The people and the facility itself are great. Plus, it's affordable, the facility is secure and the location is safe. I wish I could give this facility 10 STARS! Overall, this is a great location!

I had a great experience with CubeSmart! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Miss D, who helped me, was extremely friendly and patient, and she explained everything clearly. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!
