Just got my storage unit with Kirby and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The setup process was quick and straightforward. Looking forward to storing my belongings here!

Do not use this place unless you don’t want your belongings anymore. I don’t even know where to begin. Roach infested, trash and furniture is always sitting in the halls and sits for months. Not only did they not do anything about my unit being broken into, they are complicit with the thieves! For 3 months the gate has been left open for anyone to come in. These are outdoor units, why would they always leave it open? Also, they did work on the roof and didn’t notify anyone, so all the dirt and debris from the roof covered alllllll of my stuff and ruined anything and everything that was white. Then they blocked off our units with no warning so I came to get my work stuff and couldn’t ! Lost so much money dealing with this place. Oh and the insurance company you pay monthly for, doesn’t cover burglaries. How convenient is that? Unheard of. At this point it’s starting to look like an inside job. I hope the cops atleast find who did it since the storage place did nothing about anything. They recently installed ONE metal bracket for “security” since everyone was complaining about thrift but anyone can still climb right into your unit. I do not recommend this place.
