Signed up and paid rent and fees online. Selected the unit of my choice from available units. Downloaded the app and when I drive up I asked the gate to open and it did! The unit was clean and there was a lock waiting for me inside. Everything as promised.

Andy at the League City location, went out of his way to help me. He was very friendly and did everything he could to keep me a happy customer. I was irritated when I called and he worked to solve my problem. He was very nice and I really appreciate people who care about their customers . Please reach out if your name is wrong. So far, I was nervous about the buy out and the new company name. It seemed like they came in and raised everyone's rate immediately. Which was extremely aggravating. So far the staff has kept my rate consistent and fixed any issues that came up. Getting rates raised is definitely a hassle and needs to be moderated. But, the staff acts to keep you as a customer and keep you happy. Which is, invaluable.

I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit. The gentleman at the office was helpful and took time to explain how it was going to work out, in changing units. I’m sorry, I can’t remember his name, but he was very nice and patient with me. These are the storage units across from clear creek high school.
