DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LARGE CHAINS. Public Storage has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, does not care about you or your belongings, and will revoke your access to your personal belongings even if your account is current with ZERO notification, and then make you jump through hoops in order to regain access. Absolutely do not recommend. Find a locally owned company.

Donna and Colin have been wonderful. The units are very clean and pest free. I would give 5 stars but the rates go up regularly to make it impossible to stay long term. I would in regards to Donna because she has the best customer service.
