I’m really concerned about this storage facility . The door is consistently broken, the carts are old and wheels don’t work, there are many bugs, and the AC is not functioning. I have video and photo evidence. I’m worried my belongings could be damaged from heat and pests. Could you please arrange urgent repairs to the door and address pest control? If an immediate fix isn’t possible, please advise on a secure temporary solution. I plan to open and inspect my belongings before moving out to make sure there is no damage due to the heat.

Been trying to get a call back from “on site Manager” form 2 days. Office doors locked no one at facility the times I’ve been to the facility. EDIT **DISTRICT MGR RALPH WAS A HUGE HELP AND WAS GREAT IN RESPONDING TO MY CALL AND MADE SURE MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. THE EMPLOYEE WORKING IN THE OFFICE WAS SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL.

The office is never staffed. You cannot get someone to call you back if you need anything. Rent is raised at least every six months. I started at 197 a month about a decade ago and now they want 549 for a 10x20x10. That is almost 200 over what the unit goes for on their website. I saw others moving out of here also and talked to a few tenants that also said their rent was raised after only 2 months of renting. The restrooms here are always ‘broken’ Just want people to know what they are getting into before they rent here. This place is totally ‘automated’ and customer service is non- existent. Caveat emptor!
