Very nice and clean facilities. The office staff are extremely nice and were able to help me out and get my lock unjammed late on Saturday afternoon. The buildings pretty much brand new and probably one of the best rates I seen around Melbourne. Highly recommend

I have been storing with this company for almost 20 years now. Why? It is a clean, good smelling, organized facility ! The ease of unloading and loading is truly appreciated. Plus, Kayla the Assistant Manager was so helpful and was able to fix my problem like a true professional. I'd say, give them a try.Thank you!

Extremely Disappointed – Roof Leak Damaged Our Pianos We stored 26 pianos at Extra Space Storage (2560 Aurora Rd, Melbourne, FL) expecting a new, secure facility. Unfortunately, the roof started leaking and caused significant damage to our instruments. The staff told us the leak was due to faulty contracting, but even though the issue was clearly on their end, they refused to offer any compensation for the losses. When we asked to switch to another unit to protect the remaining pianos, they said we had to do it within 24 hours — which is completely unreasonable given the size and quantity of our items. This has been, by far, the worst experience we’ve ever had with a storage company. Be very cautious before trusting valuable items here. A brand-new facility should not have these kinds of problems — and the lack of accountability made everything much worse.
