The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gave me confidence that my belongings would be stored in a safe and secure environment. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. Another great part of the experience was the excellent pricing. Their rates were very competitive, and the staff clearly explained all the options so I could choose what worked best for me. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Tiffany, Jessica, and Grant truly made the experience pleasant and easy from start to finish. Found this Extra Space Storage online on Sunday and was able to reserve a unit with no deposit, just a simple hold. On Monday we spoke with Grant, who was pleasant and not pushy at all. When we arrived, he listened to what we needed, made great suggestions, and made the whole process easy and smooth. The facility looks very secure and clean, almost like a movie studio with different sound stages. We’re very happy. Thank you, Grant!

Just wanted to say Grant helped me out BIG time. Literally walked me through things over the phone and in person was quite the guy! He was nice enough to show me around too even right before they were gonna close! I didn’t feel rushed he even stayed back to make sure I got everything situated before heading out.
