Amanda and Michelle went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. They were patient, professional, kind, and genuinely cared about finding solutions rather than just processing a transaction. That level of compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. I also want to personally thank Daniel, the Regional Manager, for leading a team that clearly values integrity, communication, and customer care. It shows in how well the staff is trained and how supported they are. Because of Amanda, Michelle, and Daniel, SmartStop earned not just my business, but my trust. I had a wonderful experience, running a new storage unit. The customer service representative’s name was Amanda and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! she got me in and out of there in no time knew everything about the products and made renting a storage unit, which is sometimes chaotic very simple and easy! I had such a great experience renting my very first unit here! Amanda and the other worker at the front with long blonde hair (so sorry i forgot her name) were so helpful, professional and kind! They made the process extremely easy and made me feel very welcome and safe to leave my stuff here!
