US Storage Centers

I was shopping around town to book a storage and stop by US storage centers. Tyrone helped me out and was really friendly and helpful. The price is at US storage centers were competitive and I will definitely come back soon to book the storage and work with Tyrone.

Not a great experience. I called to let them know I was on my way to check in for my unit I already paid for, and was told “okay come right over”. Upon getting there the door was locked and no one was in sight. The manager called later to apologize and explain he was on his lunch, which I understood. We planned on meeting at 10am the following morning instead. I arrived at 10:05 to a locked door with the lights off. I called and was told that there was an emergency and nobody would be around today to let me into my unit. I am going to have to get a refund because I needed that unit today. I understand things happen out of anyones control, but I’ll be going down the street for a storage unit.

Tyrone has been great since we first walked in till the day of our reservation. Thank you for having great customer service.
