Im grateful that in my transition from one home to my place now, I could safely store my belongings. The manager Desiree is a gem. She was always attentive, super kind during my initial move in and move out. It was so easy to do both. The app was easy to use and I loved that I could have remote access. I always felt safe and even when I switched to 24/7 access, it was well lit, safe, and clean. If I have to store in the future I would def use this location again, even if I had to drive further because the customer service is top notch!

I came in late in the day and Desiree was very helpful and friendly. She was very patient with me and showed me three different units, so I could choose the best one for my needs. It was after closing time when I finally made my decision, but she never once made me feel rushed. She gets a gold star for customer service and a someone needs to give this girl a raise! She is amazing! Thank you for all of your help, Desiree!

Desiree the manager at the upland/euclid facility was very informative and precise. She help calm our anxiety that comes with moving in general. She gave us a lot of options and different ways on what was best for us. Which tells me she was a good listener and gave us answers to our needs. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.
