Foundation Self Storage - Auburn

Do not get your Uhaul from this place. Incompetent staff. No one at the office during business hours. Called the number on the front door. Lady took 15 mins to come to the office. Got the truck with gas below empty. Our truck had a broken tail pipe. Reserved dolly and moving blankets. Missing from the location. The absolute worst.

I had a really easy and great experience getting my storage unit this morning. The Manager Stacey was really friendly and nice she made the process so easy and fast. Definitely would recommend going through Foundation storage if you neee a storage unit.

I had to get a storage unit from Foundation Storage in Auburn, WA. Stacey is the gal at Foundation Storage that helped me in every way. From the moment I walked in the door, she was kind, cordial, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I had never rented a storage unit before and she walked me through the entire process of all the do’s and dont’s and even came up to help me personally with the cylinder lock. Every time I have called Foundation Storage, she has picked up my call and remembered me immediately. It’s nice to see people that are attentive and professional in their job, as it’s not something you see much any more. This is a shout out to Stacey and how she made my experience with renting a storage unit, actually fun and easy. Thank you Stacey!
