The staff were very courteous and helpful. The storage place was clean and the prices were affordable. Overall, I had a positive experience.

MY REVIEW WAS TAKEN DOWN! DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. I've been here for some months and I went to check on my things and guess what? My clothes and my items, everything, covered in RAT POOP. Some things are stained in rat urine as well. Tried to complain but no one was in the office. UPDATE: I went, and they said there was nothing they could do but move my things to the laundry. So we go and then they told us that's not something we can do, FINALLY, they call the manager who was been unreachable for almost a month. He agreed to help pay for the laundry and then the workers told us we NEEDED TO RECORD or some sort of proof or the manager wouldn't pay us. And then the workers couldn't help us move our things out the locker, we had to do everything ourselves. Couldn't even throw away all the things AT THE STORAGE PLACE covered in feces/urine because I had to "take it with me". I threw away ~50% of my things. We've paid for a year every month, and this is what we get. Really upsetting.

The service is excellent!! Really good customer service And the facility is very clean. It's well taken care of!! (Not sure what the other reviews are talking about mice droppings mine was very clean) Very reasonable pricing
