I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star... had copy of my insurance policy sent to them in email before the deadline and they still charged my card for there insurance policy cause I didnt load picture of policy to both units I only did one. But it never says in email to load to all units. I mean if you look up there name you will see how many units they have.... 1 copy of your policy should be enough if NOT let the customer know and refund them. Don't waste your time going here honestly....plus rates are always going up.

Disappointing Experience with Arrogant Manager - Peter? I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this storage company, and I must say, the management is simply unacceptable. The regional manager exhibits a level of arrogance that is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to customer service. Instead of addressing concerns with empathy, they respond with condescension, making me feel undervalued as a customer. The lack of basic courtesy and respect is astounding for someone in a leadership position. It's clear that this management team doesn't prioritize the needs of their clients, and I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused service. Save your time and money—there are better options available. The trustee of this company needs to pay attention on what is going on with the manager.

The carts are consistently flat, and the backdoor is locked, preventing us from unloading our couch and other heavy items. There are two locked docks at the back that we cannot access. Since it was Monday, there was no one available to assist us. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting money on the U-Haul truck and the helpers, forcing us to rent a storage unit across the street by the home depot.
