Guess what, this facility 1 of the best i have been, they know what is driver time. And I was hours before my time, yet they gave me a door, and in 45 minutes, I am loaded, Then I realized they have their own fleet and even CDL school, no surprise that they value driver time. 5 star plus. Very professional and friendly at the check-in.

Great experience! My pick up was scheduled for Tuesday at 8am. I arrived Monday at 11am. Checked in and was told they would see if they could work me in. Put me in the door at 1:30pm was out by 3pm. So happy they could get me back home a day earlier. Plenty of space for backing up too!

02/05/2026 I came to pick up a load in this place I showed up at 7 AM when I checked in with the person at the window he told me that this load supposed to be picked up yesterday and now will be worked in. I said I don’t know nothing about that and he said I might have to wait until 4 PM so I can be loaded when I contacted the broker that I’m canceling the load this rude person at the window called me and he gave me a door got loaded in one hour, but I was overweight into axles after back-and-forth. I ended up asking them to just unload the whole load so I can get out from here very unprofessional people here. The person at the window is a maniac rude and he doesn’t like his job.
