The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Smith’s Marketplace near Lake Mead and Warm Springs and only about half a mile from my house, which made a stressful day much easier. Crystal went above and beyond with her customer service. She actually stayed open for me right before closing, around 4:50 PM, and made sure I was completely taken care of. That level of professionalism and kindness really stood out. The facility feels very secure, with cameras throughout the property, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip from the location.
