Occupied a storage unit for the past four months while i was out of state, all the employees were very nice and easy to talk to, in person and over the phone. However when I came back to empty my unit I had found mouse droppings all over and in my things. Definitely mice got into my unit which is not super surprising for an outside unit but still very disappointing.

Always pleasant customer service. Easy Access. Great rates. and best location in town. Riley is the most pleasant to deal with, but their other agents are knowledgable and informative as well. Feel very secure parking & storing here, now and into the future. Highly recomend.

Update: After posting this review, I received a call right away. There was a miscommunication between management and the front desk. I did not need to be in person to retrieve my deposit back. They ended up mailing my deposit back and I received it the next week. Thank you for making it right. I had to call to make sure someone was in the office when I needed to begin renting the unit. We had stopped by once during normal hours and no one was around. I should have known this would eventually be a problem. My unit has been cleaned out for 3 weeks. I’ve stopped by 4 times now to collect my cleaning deposit and no one is ever here. Today, I noticed the unit has even been re-rented yet I still can’t collect my deposit (which they require to be in person). Complete headache. Rent somewhere else.
