From the very beginning, they have been professional, helpful, and attentive to any questions or needs I had. The facility is always kept clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. What stood out most is the manager’s customer service — they are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about making the whole process easy. Whether it’s helping me choose the right unit size, explaining the contract clearly, or making sure everything is in good working order, they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. The property manager truly makes the difference here!

Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped my mother and me set up a storage unit for our move to Fort Myers, and the entire process was seamless thanks to him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient and kind throughout. You can tell he truly cares about his customers.
