I had a very disappointing experience with the 235 N. 78th, KCK, iStorage location. This location had only one attendant who was rarely available during stated open hours. This caused me more money and more time. More than once I had issues either getting in or out of the gate and there was no one there to assist. When I needed to get my things out of storage, I was unable to because no one was there! I had hired movers and had to pay them for their time! This was on a day when according to the stated open hours, an attendant should have been there! Needless to say, I had to pay movers AGAIN once I was able to get into the storage. I complained to both the iStorage attendant AND to iStorage customer service. I was told by the attendant that I would get a credit because of all of the issues I had with the facility... BUT no credit ever happened. So, I would not used this location again, nor would I recommend it! This location is worthless!

This place is a complete scam. They have a low, special rate and about a month after you move everything in you get a letter telling you that the monthly rate is increasing by 75%. We had two units with the same company and got the same letter for both. Get something in writing that your rate is locked in. We only needed the unit short term so I did not fight them.

The property manager Shawna was so helpful with every question I had about a unit i rented, she was helpful, patient and kept a smile the whole time she absolutely wonderful, if it wasn't for i would have went somewhere else.
