So happy with my experience this far! Brandon was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and was kind enough to adjust my reservation. I feel like he went above and beyond and words cannot express how grateful I am! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Update: Dec 2024 no help at all management only gaslighting me saying “they can’t find anything in the video footage” he only supposed saw only one camera out of the whole cameras in the whole place. insurance is no help at all they said because storage unit wasn’t damaged that is denied even if the police report shows damage. I do feel is an inside job. Nov 17th 2024 when I found out my things where stolen, insurance denied my case on 11/19/24 before they got a police report yes they send me a email with the date when denied. Insurance is no help is the xecor insurance. Be aware of insurance fraud. Storage unit saying they have nothing on video but caught them lying. Saying they haven’t seen anything on video cameras but when I ask in person they told me they hadn’t had a chance to seen the cameras (so which one is it?) it seems like an inside job to me… Nov 17th 2024 My storage unit and few storage units were broken into for what the police was checking there. Lock was picked on I was having trouble opening my lock and as soon as I open the door I saw half of my things were missing. I’m a single mom and I was having all my things there, and for someone to do that is not fair 😭 I worked so hard for my things I file police report, the outdoor code was not working either. Police saw it had forced damage in my unit… Missing a lot of things even my kids jackets 😭 I will update as soon as I do a claim in insurance with the storage unit. New management Brandon was amazing helping me out yesterday when this all happened.

How does public storeage employ a manager that comes after a daughter who is NOT on the lease. How is someone supposed to unload one box at a time walk it through the long hallway to the back of the hot building that the circulation fan Has NOT WORKED IN A YEAR (90+ degrees inside building) and do this process for an entire 10 foot box truck?? Oh and thanks to KELLI, who thinks that being in therapy for anxiety is FUNNY, my daughter is UNWILLING TO STEP FOOT ON P.S PROPERTY, to help sort my late mother's possessions!!!! Oh and yes, KELLI actually asked me if my late mother died because of MY bad choices? WHO DOES THIS!!!????? Little did she know I was my mother's caretaker for about 15 years, my mother died of a hiatal hernia, she had Alzheimer's she also had dementia and she was almost 90, just a few weeks shy. How dare she imply anything like I made bad choices that killed my mom????!!!! How dare public storage employee anybody like that! If I were you guys I would RUN AWAY, do not store your things here I too will be moving soon and staying completely away from public storage, ENTIRELY!! Don't worry Kelly everybody in corporate ADMINISTRATION will be receiving the same letter in the mail about our horrific experience with you on property, your insults, degrading remarks, bullying the fact that you kept coming after somebody who is not on the lease and does not have any responsibility, liability or any say what so ever!!! YOU CONTINUE TO DO ALL OF THIS WHILE I WAS VIDEOTAPING YOU... Thank you for revealing your true self! Lacking in managerial skills, oblivious to ethics, no morals and won't have the adult only goes after the child. God help your daughter if she really has the ailments you stated, she needs to be with a good caring person, not one who thinks therapy is 'funny' or therapy is ammunition to belittle ANYONE! YOU ARE A LIABILITY FOR ANY EMPLOYER!!! By the way KELLI I was not using YOUR electricity, the dashboard to the 10-ft truck had an outlet to plug the fan in that's what I was using. I WAS USING MY GAS!! If you would have opened your eyes BEFORE your mouth you would have seen it.
