Mahogany was very helpful. She explained in detail the process, billing and insurance. I was able to look at multiple unit sizes and pricing, she was very friendly and patient.

Great customer service. Units are pretty nice. Not the greatest at keeping dust out, but a decent value. Over 2 years, we never had any issues with the storage/site. The app, i would give 1 star. Bad experience eith bluetooth connection/gate access

I've been a customer @ the 55th location for awhile. You get great customer service there. Nancy is awesome made me aware of specials going on as well as keeping the property looking good .and very helpful to anything I need to make life easier she makes it happen you know above and beyond. I definitely recommend this location for your storing your precious belongings.
