Robin is very helpful and went out of her way to assist us. We lost the key and she kindly found the maintenance person to come to our unit and assist on his day off. The place is always clean and fresh, easy access, and Customer service is off the charts! Very happy to have found this place 👍👍 definitely two thumbs up.

We have been long-time customers of the Beneva Road facility in Sarasota. The personal service we have received over the past year from the Property Manager, Robin, has been extraordinary. We had to quickly rent several storage units after the 2024 hurricanes destroyed my mother's house. Robin was efficient, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. She made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. Later this past year we had to rent more units following a death in the family. Again, Robin acted swiftly and professionally. Recently, we had to change our method of payment for some of the units. I was anticipating a bit of hassle to do this. But Robin took care of it right away, no issues at all. The facility itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, but it's having a manager like Robin that really makes for a top-notch customer experience.
