Keep Self Storage

I had a storage unit at Keep Self Storage for 9 months. I am so impressed with this business. The storage area (loading garage, hallways) is always clean and brightly lit. Over the 9 months, I accessed my storage unit many times and at many different hours of the day and night. I always felt safe and secure accessing my storage unit. I knew that my belongings were safe and secure as well. The staff is always helpful when ever I had a question. Even calling after hours, the off hours service was very helpful. Thank you Keep Self Storage.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Customer service at this location is lacking. I tried to rent a unit here and and some additional charges on the breakdown. I called and the call center saw what i was talking about and left the location my info. Received a call from the location person and began to ask questions. I was told that she did not know what I was talking about and started to get snippy on the call and over talking me. I asked my questions again and she told me that I should just rent somewhere else and I was being rude. I did not know that asking questions was being rude. I asked if I could get a refund if I brought my own lock like any other storage place does and was told no. Asked if I could provide my own insurance, like other storage places and was told no. I asked about military discount as the website said they offered them and was told no they do not do them and I will not get it even if they did. I guess she doesn't support military personnel, veterans or the USA. When I asked to speak to her boss she told me she was the boss. I asked to talk to the boss over here, she said there is no boss over her and runs everything. I continued to ask for her boss and final she said she would have the owner contact me. I received a call from the owner and before I could ask any questions I was told that they would not be renting to me and to go elsewhere. I said I want to file a complaint on the employee and he said it would not matter they would still not rent to me. Not a problem I found a place cheaper and would give me a refund if I brought my own lock and could use my own insurance, just like other places i have rented from. Again the worst customer service I have delt with from a storage facility. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone needed a storage unit. I will definitely let military folks that i know and in groups I participate in how this place is and have them blacklisted.

Keep self storage and the staff there were awesome. I was in between places for 3 months so I needed a place to store all of my belongings. The move in process was simple, the space was clean, dry, and well lit. I even lost my key to my unit and I just contacted management and they had a guy there for when I moved all my stuff out to cut the lock off. Would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
