Babs is fantastic! I’m so happy to hear that MyPlace is under new management. I was finally able to set up autopay, and keep a card on file as well as get access to my client portal. I had a lot of technical/payment issues with previous management and ended up paying a lot of extra fees, and was told it was because I was out of state. I was having trouble getting in touch with the old management. As of today, I was able to get my account current and was really grateful for the credit applied to my account to sort out my previous issues. Babs was so kind to check on my unit for me, and help me with a new temporary lock, after my key was lost! She is very easy to talk to, and solution oriented. My experience at MyPlace is now highly elevated! Thank you for a fantastic customer service; It reminds me of the good old days!

I just put some of my items in storage lastnight. It was clean, driving in and in the unit itself. Process of entering and exiting was so easy a kindergarten could do it. Reserving the unit didn’t even take a phone call, but what made this experience great was Babs, she was welcoming on the phone as well as in person. She definitely went the extra mile, she was very honest and a pleasure to work with.
