Between her and Brittany, our one small little hiccup was resolved immediately and gracefully. I rented a Budget truck from them recently for my move and had a billing issue with Budget. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Teresa at Park Street Storage and how she went above and beyond to help me with this matter! She was AMAZING! I was so frustrated going around and around with Budget and getting nowhere, and when I explained the situation to Teresa, she not only explained to me what the issue was, but she also made it her priority to help me and speak with them, straighten it all out, and get me my money back.
