Eric from Patriot storage is extremely difficult to get in touch with. He will rent you a space that he claims has “security cameras and will maintain the lot.” Currently I have 2 of my trucks parked at one of his lots Venturi Ave in Warwick, RI with no cameras and the lot is dirty with many big potholes. The big 2 foot snowstorm we just had took Eric all week to clear the lot costing my delivery company thousands and thousand of dollars of missed work. Even though it’s in the agreement to clear the lots and upkeep the lots. I had to non stop call the real owner of the Venturi lot - Art. Who finally ended up clearing the lot for everyone. Now if all that wasn’t aggravating enough. I send Eric multiple texts and attempted to call him immediately after I got my trucks out of there to NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER MONTH. This was because I already missed a ton of work the week they trapped my trucks into Venturi I was not willing to risk leaving it there anymore for the upcoming storms. What happened today? I was charged for both trucks that are no longer sitting at that lot after I specifically told Eric on two different days to remove my trucks from that rental profile! I wish I could’ve have got in contact with Eric to handle this another way. But since Eric’s phone number ironically keeps going to voicemail and he has not answered my texts for the last 5 days. I have no choice but to try to catch your attention here. I expect a full refund for the amount you charged me Eric. Nobody park there commercial trucks with Patriot storage this guy will get your trucks stuck and then ignore you when you want to remove one.

Update from my review yesterday. Eric from Patriot storage finally replied back to me ironically after I had to leave a negative review about his operations. Eric told me he went on vacation during/after the storm until after the first of the month and appointed no one to run the business while he was away. Therefore making it impossible to make any changes to rental billing before the end of the month forcing everyone to pay even tho I clearly requested I did not want to keep my truck in that lot for it to get stuck again. Eric was upset about my review so he went ahead and left a super random negative review on my company’s page out of spite of me calling him out for being incredibly unprofessional and avoiding his tenants. Not sure how I’m unreliable for being constantly blowing up your phone to clear out a parking lot you rent out and requesting not to be charged after you got my trucks stuck? Your sounding a bit crazy Eric… I still have not received any confidence about getting my money back from Eric who UNJUSTLY charged me for a truck he got stuck in RI Truck Parking lot who is owned by someone named Art . Yes Eric will rent you a space saying it’s out of Patriot Storage but he will send you to some random lot that he has no ownership over and clearly not willing to pay out of pocket to maintain this lot when there’s crazy snow. I cannot stress enough to not do business with Eric from Patriot storage if you care about using your commercial vehicles for work and being billed correctly. Rather than owning up to his mistakes Eric took it upon himself to try to make up excuses, leave bad reviews on his tenants business and still not reimburse me for what he UNLAWFULLY charged me!

No complaints! They had someone there cleaning all the hallway floors when we were there loading things out. Carts and restrooms there. Various sizing. A lot of small, short hallways so you get a bit of privacy
