I had a fantastic experience! The check-in process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Greg and Sam, who were professional, helpful, and went out of their way to find me the best option that would cover my needs. Easy access, and friendly service!

We had a unit at the PSL Florida branch with items from a deceased family member . We lived out of state so we were unable to check unit during the 15 months we rented . When we went to empty out unit everything was completely covered with mice droppings and urine . We were beyond disgusted and disappointed. To make matters worse we were verbally harassed by a woman that appeared to be high on drugs and living there . She demanded we sweep in front of her unit . When we declined she became irate and verbally aggressive. We quickly finished up and called corporate.

Very kind, engaging, and friendly staff. Property is very clean and convenient hours. We received a call the following day to ensure we had great customer service. Way to go!
