I’ve had an excellent experience with Prime Storage! The entire process — from reserving my unit to moving in — was smooth and stress-free. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Chris was extremely helpful and professional. The facility is clean, well-lit, and very secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. I also appreciate the easy access hours and convenient location. Highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility!

Excellent customer service from the sales process with Jessica to ensuring my documentation was correct for the unit with Tanesha. I made a mistake and Tanesha was very helpful and expedient with calling me back. Also, I had a great experience with talking to Kaprice when I needed to call back yet again. Every single representative I spoke to at this company was kind with a very nice attitude, and honestly in today's business environment that's refreshing. The excellence of customer service is a dying art, but not with Prime Storage. I normally don't take the time out to write reviews, but these ladies were so helpful that I wanted to make a point to ensure they are recognized. The little things in life can really brighten someone's day. In fact, life has been chaotic with our move, but this experience made our day a little bit easier. Thank you.

Look no further! Amazing choice for storage! We recently had a previous experience with Public Storage and CubeSmart and I have to take the time to share that Prime Storage is not in the same class - no comparison. Prime Storage is clean, secure, has amazing, professional, knowledgeable staff on site who actually answer the phone when you call. They have carts to assist with moving your belongings to the unit which offers a real value added service. The Mgr Chris offered solutions to our storage problems when we were stressed and could not get our head above water following a challenge associated with our home closing being delayed. The place is clean, A/C, and in a very accessible and safe area. I am a current customer and will use this facility anytime the need arises! We stumbled on a real GEM! If you need a storage facility in the West Port St Lucie area (Tradition) your storage needs will be well managed here!
