As a first time customer, I give a 3 star rating because when I first request storage. I request for February 27 and had my confirmation set but then had to transition to the 28th for car access then the 1st of march. So I needed storage ASAP. Indoor is what I had to default to with climate control and there was rat feces inside.. The online feature options and deals were what won me; however, if you do anything on the weekend just know you may experience some difficulties. The representatives kept referring to the sections as alphabetical areas where the map on land was 1-11. Which confused me. The miscommunication was off and the map needs to be updated. The additional part, trying to access entry. The door was locked and I kept following the instructions and was given several other passcodes with no luck. After 2 hours of Hassel they wanted to schedule me for Monday march 2nd which was an inconvenience because my work schedule is tight. After calling another rep on the phone she finally gave me the actually managers phone number and i give it 3 stars because of her empathy and diligent customer care. The manager instructed me how to rest the door. Something the phone agents didn't know how to do. I had gone to 5 doors with no access. Overall, as a new customer my experience was rather length and rather frustrating. Walking around lost and confused.

The 2 Lady's at this facility were extremely helpful in making sure I was taken care of when opening my account. I couldn't enter the building with the code given by the automated system. The online service was confusing and complicated. Marty I saw her name on her shirt and the other Lady ( cant remember your name ...oops) were very very thorough and helpful and I can say thank you enough!

I've had my storage here for about 5 and a half years and it seems like my storage price just keeps going up! I started at 89 dollars a month (with Insurance) it's now 200 a month... These prices are CRAZY!!! My second issue is that my unit was broken into!!!! I'm currently at Public Storage off of Pioneer Parkway and there's no management here... Hell there's not even a employee to ask for help. Even PUBLIC STORAGE'S corporate office can't find this guy, I've been on the phone for 31 minutes... They've called the district manager the property manager, in four other property managers and funny story not a single person picked up the phone. They do not care that your stuff has been vandalized or stolen and there's no one to even complain to. We're paying for security and not really getting it. This is been a gigantic waste of my precious time!!!! Now I'm waiting for anybody to show up to show me what I'm supposed to do, IE call the police or CONTINUE TO WAIT as public storage frantically keeps calling all of their store managers to get somebody to this property. If I was you I would not rent a unit here!!!
