Brea was completely useless. I was charged twice for two units I never even moved into, and they are still trying to charge me. It’s been extremely frustrating dealing with this. Sing called me today and she is the only person I want touching my account from now on. She is personable, friendly, and most importantly — real. She actually speaks to me like a human being, not just an account number. Love me some Sing! She is the only reason I still have faith this will get resolved. She absolutely deserves recognition for the work she is putting in to clean up the previous employees mess.

Store here at your own risk. And it gets better, because I complained they jacked up my rent to $500 for a 10x25 on 1125? Coincidence or revenge? They have three identical rents for $171. No way to complain to the corporate office. 11/21 gate is now broken, sign says manager would be here at 930, no one here. Good luck getting your stuff out. Called corporate, they do not care, only thing they can do is set up an appointment for manager. After 3 years my storage unit went from 205-384, yes I am moving out from there. To top it off the gate does not work with the app, the exit on the north side does not work at all. And two days ago there were cops looking for someone who broke into a unit. Obvious that the management does not take care of the place. They don't even leave the lights on inside anymore you have to take a flashlight to see my stuff. Time for some truth people.

Brea called me to rent over the phone and was patient and very helpful with my rental. I decided to come in to pay cash as I couldn't get it to work on my phone and she greeted me with a smile answered all my questions and even took me to my unit. Public storage made a good choice with her. Jeanette
