Public Storage

I am ONLY leaving Shanese and Jazmine 5 stars not Public Storage per se. These ladies went above and beyond helping me close out my storage. I had an issue with my movers who waited to the last minute to come and pack my things up for my move to Texas. These ladies were so helpful and their patience and kindness is top notch.

Our experience with Public Storage has been excellent. We were able to reserve the unit with no obligation while we shopped around. A woman from the office called and answered all our questions about the property and the lease agreement. They ended up having the best deal so we went with them. The rest of the process was all done digitally. We were prompted to download the app which slowly started providing the details of our unit leading up to move in day. When we got to the unit on move in day, there was a brand new lock and brochure on the ground waiting for us. They have carts to make moving easy. Every checkpoint in the building has a code entry for heightened security. The building and our unit were very clean and easy to navigate. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

We came in for a reservation and we met Jazmine! She was so helpful and showed us different units to see what was best for our liking. Through the process, she was very straight forward in a professional way. We completed the rental with her by putting our lock on unit right away. Me and my mom really appreciate her patience!
