This was one of the most amazing experiences I had at a public Storage! STEPHANIE gave such great thorough service I wish there was an option to give 50 stars cause STEPHANIE Deserves it. She explained everything to me even when I kept asking different questions that she had kinda already answered she was vey patient !! We move in our storage this weekend and hopefully Miss STEPHANIE is there so we can thank her in Person!! She is just the best! I’ve had other experiences and they made us feel like we were wasting their time , but honestly just a STEPHANIE was the exact opposite. She made us feel so welcome and was very patient!! Thank You STEPHANIE!!!!🩵🩵🩵

My first time doing the whole storage thing -- I was helped by Tiffany and she went above and beyond to help me out. Helped me setup the app, explained additional services, showed me my units location, and was just very kind and has an approachable demeanor. Im a happy customer so far!
