I just moved all the way from Vegas to Florida, and Carlie made the storage part of my move completely stress-free. I was worried about getting a semi-truck into the lot, but she was so patient and let me video the grounds to make sure it would fit. She also walked me through the app and payment process and helped me pick the perfect unit size. Moving across the country is hard, but Carlie made this part easy!

Friendly, polite, accommodating, clean, courteous professional everything you want and all the units to drive up and they even have some old school big ones hitting the way back here somewhere
