Public Storage

I came into Public Storage feeling a little uneasy at first because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a decent storage unit for some of my belongings. However, Lindsay immediately made the experience much better. Her energy was very kind and welcoming, and she greeted me with a smile that made it feel like everything was going to be okay. She took the time to help and made the process feel comfortable and smooth. I truly appreciate her customer service and the professional way she welcomed me into the business. It made a big difference during a moment where I needed a little reassurance. Thank you, Lindsay, for being so helpful and positive.

The facility is clean and very secure. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Lindsey whom I have had the great pleasure working with several times. Lindsey always greets everyone with a big smile and friendly wave. She has helped me several times always finding the answers to questions I have and quickly and professionally solving any issues that I bring to her. I highly recommend the Public Storage Facility at 1040 N. Main St.

Wanted to give a great review for Joe because he was so knowledgeable and thorough assisting me. He had a smile on the entire time I was there. I had 2 issues yet Joe resolved them both for me. I’m glad I stopped by in person to meet Joe and was able to have a great experience. Joe is definitely an asset to this location; much needed for prior experiences there wasn’t up to par.
