A big thanks to Zachary ! As I arrived he was busy taking calls and helping other customers . Still had the energy to show me a few units over the weekend , very friendly and knowledgeable . Very clean facility !

Absolutely disgusting. Literally saw an employee park behind me and pee on a unit. Which of course was mine! As I'm moving out, I get to a box in the middle towards the back on the ground and there's a whole NEST OF ROACHES! Never seen anything like that in my life before. Disgusting!!! Hundreds of all sizes! I was moving into a brand new house and had to unload the truck in the front yard and unpack one box at a time, checking for roaches and killing them as I saw them obviously I didn't want them in my new house. Everything had to be disinfected prior to being brought in. And all my kitchen stuff thrown away. But of course,they don't reply to my complaint, they try to charge my after I moved out. Never again!

Tabatha And Aviea was so helpful. I really appreciate the help Tabatha assisted me within renting. Another unit I already had one I needed another one to store some more stuff. She they were a great help, very kind and courteous and professional.
