A Big Thanks to Joshua! I recently utilized Public Storage, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience, largely thanks to an outstanding employee named Joshua. From the moment I arrived, Joshua was incredibly informative, kind, and helpful. He patiently walked me through all the options, answering every question I had with clarity and a friendly demeanor. His knowledge of the facility and the various storage solutions was impressive, which made the entire process of choosing the right unit completely stress-free. Joshua went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and understood all the terms. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful customer service these days, and Joshua truly made a difference. He's a fantastic asset to Public Storage, and I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by him. Rat infested storage facility. Your belongings will be ruined no matter how well they’re packed. There was rodent feces all over my belongings. Great to know I paid an arm and a leg a month to store what little I had left after the hurricanes only for it to get destroyed with diseased rat feces. Yolanda from N 30th St said a district manager received my message and he will be giving me a call back regarding the issue with the rental space but he did not. Imagine that.

I’ve rented storage units before, and it’s always been a headache—hidden fees, rate changes, confusing policies, and staff who really don't seem to care. But Sarah completely changed that for me. She was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the right unit for what I needed. The whole process was quick, easy, and way less stressful than I had expected based off my previous experiences.
