I went into the office upset about my rent being raised and transferring Angela was a great help very knowledgeable and friendly!!! She definitely needs a raise because she is phenomenal and very personal listening to all my needs and understanding! I’m glad she was in the office because if it would’ve been anybody else, I probably would’ve sucked my things and went to another location. Thank you Angela for all you do.

CJ and Noel were exceptional. The facility was clean and well maintained. The policies and rental agreement was thoroughly explained. I highly recommend this location. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and highly accommodating. I went directly to this location after a terrible customer service experience at Extra Space Storage on Florida Ave. So to have such a great turn of events really made my day. I want to thank those gentlemen for their hospitality and this facility in general for maintaining high standards of excellence in this industry. KUDOS!
