First, TJ is awesome — and I genuinely feel sorry that he’s left to manage such a dilapidated storage facility. He does his absolute best, but the building itself is a mess. 1. “Climate-controlled” is a stretch. The temperature inside is almost always the same as outside. 2. The automatic doors are constantly broken. 3. There is only one elevator, and it’s completely unreliable. Hardly surprising, considering the inspection license expired on 08/01/2024. 4. There are only two carts for the entire facility. So even if you can tolerate the heat, manage to get through the malfunctioning doors, and hope the elevator is working that day… you’ll still likely be waiting on a cart or carrying everything yourself if other customers are around. Overall, this is completely unacceptable. The only good part of this experience is TJ, and he deserves better support than what this facility provides.

TJ was very professional and helpful. His knowledge base for what I needed was on par. Some how he knew exactly what I was looking for in my concerns for my vehicle. To the Owner of this property, I have one question. Why do you not have a Janitorial Service? The interior of your storage facility is unsanitary. On the outside you have a big pothole that needs fixing. The number you have posted on your door doesn't work. The menu asks you to press certain numbers of what applies to you but nothing happens. My first interaction was with TJ. He was polite, courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions at the very beginning. He does what he says and follows through. He is a man of his word. Thank you TJ for your stellar service. I have had interactions with others and you shined with your knowledge and professionalism. Keep up the great work. My reason for canceling with your facility is because of your high prices and the dirty condition of your facility. I took the pics on 03/23/25, the day I cancelled my storage. You should be ashamed of yourself charging customers high prices but yet your facility lacks a clean environment. This is definitely a reflection of you. I do not recommend this business.
