Margie was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating to my schedule and professional over the phone (even called me back as she promised to do). Keith helped us finalize the reservation on site and he was very willing to go over everything with us, allowed us to view the available units, pick the one that we wanted and answered all of our questions. Wow Rose at Public Storage was extremely helpful, assisted me in setting up my storage with 100% patience, stayed on the phone with me to make sure that the storage I wanted was booked, helped me get everything set up to assist me in my unique situation which she was very helpful in, gave me a direct number to call her when I needed help, was able to call her back and she actually answered and allowed me to proceed without no time wasted. This is the type of level of customer service that every company should apply. I wanted to say thank you Rose for all of your help. You are a huge help with assisting me in being able to get my storage booked and solve my unique situation.
