Very clean and safe facility! I stored my things here for a couple of years and always had good service and the property is very well maintained. The management was very kind and helpful every time I needed his help and he was especially helpful on move out day. I would definitely use this place again! Thank you!

Smooth experience overall. I forgot my locker numbers and access codes, but staff verified my ID and helped me access my unit without any issues.💪🏾 One concern: I signed up for 24-hour access, but my billing details later showed otherwise. Since the front desk closes at a certain time, this could have been a problem if I arrived before/after hours. Also be aware that “$1 first month” promotions include added fees that bring the cost close to the regular rate, which feels misleading. 🤯 It’s been two months since my last visit and my belongings are still secure and in good condition, which I appreciate.💯 I’m just looking forward to moving them out soon.

I’ve been a customer at this storage location for some time and setup and climate control have been fine. However, snow and ice removal has been completely neglected. Following a major storm the week of Jan 25, every surrounding business was cleared except this location. On Feb 1, six cars and two U-Hauls were unable to access the parking lot due to unplowed snow. I contacted both the office manager and customer care, and confirmed that two other Woodbridge locations were fully cleared. This lack of maintenance is unacceptable and a hazzard.
