The customer services from Ana is EXCELLENT super friendly and great at explaining everything you need to know about the units and what is best for you. She is a profesional & I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family thanks to ANA !!

Here’s the thing: it’s my first day here. The receptionist was helpful and the unit itself is clean. But how on earth are customers supposed to move heavy items from the car to the storage units without any hand trucks or dollies? Do you really expect people to show up with their own large dolly? If the concern is that some customers keep the facility’s dollies locked inside their units, then enforce a clear policy with warnings and fines. And most importantly, provide enough dollies in the first place. Tonight I spent nearly 20 minutes searching every building for a single available dolly. I ended up carrying 70-pound boxes by myself from my car to the elevator, then down a long hallway to my unit. Completely unacceptable. Management needs to listen to customers. This place urgently needs more dollies and a better system for making them available. Until then, moving items here is a miserable experience. I'm giving three stars but I will change my score depending on the response.

I have used them for a while and am happy for the most part. However I am trying to get a bigger room and have tried multiple times to reach someone in the office and have yet to be successful.
