Safeguard Self Storage

I recently updated my storage units and Ms.Barbatti was a great help. She was able to update my account and gave me information regarding a pest issue in one of my units. I came 30 minutes after opening, still here an hour after opening, no one is here despite the sign saying open. It says open but they aren’t here. Why is it that there is never someone here? I came early thinking someone would at least be here because every single time I came, there was no one. Now I have to pay for another month I don’t need at all because I couldn’t get help with my unit. It’s not like I can stay and wait all day to wait for someone. They kept up charging, for what? At least be here?

I went to reserve a storage unit, a couple of days ago, and Prabatti gave us excellent customer service. I was very happy with how helpful and attentive she was with us. They didn’t have any of the units we needed left but there was one on reserve and she showed us so we could determine if it was right for us then she called her colleague at another location to help us with what we needed. I did rent a storage 2 yrs prior and never had any issues. Customer service is always great, the storage is clean, convenient, and their prices are not too bad. Definitely recommend safeguard for your storage needs.
