I had an excellent experience at this storage facility from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and I was genuinely impressed by how well everything was run—especially the security protocols. From controlled access to the overall layout, it’s clear they take protecting your belongings seriously. Verton, the manager, was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-organized, and very secure. I felt completely confident leaving my items here. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility that combines great customer service with strong security and reliability.

The pros: The place is really clean. They use all the most updated tech Technologies. The cons: The people that work the Front Desk have no clue what they’re doing. They showed me one unit and then on my receipt they put a different unit. The unit they put on my receipt was not even the size unit that I was going for so we had to redo the contract because of that and still on the receipt that I received has the wrong unit on it.
