Regrettably, my recreational vehicle was vandalized and its power source was stolen. While this was an unexpected occurrence, it is not attributable to the storage facility’s negligence or property management’s oversight. In fact, Ms. Dee was exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout the situation. It is commendable that Property Management Representatives are willing to provide such assistance. My unit 336 was broken into sometime from 10/18/25 till 11/28/25. I had insurance but it wont replace all my things that was dear to me. They say they cant play the cameras back so anyone can access your things and load up and drive off. The well lit compound dont mean anything. Not bashing them but the security should be more important than giving me a call saying my bill is coming up. Now im finna move and there isn’t anything to be move. What a great way to start the holidays and new year. Yes helping u find a unit and accepting your money with a smile and being professional is a given. But once you unload your things there isnt any help and you must contact HR and the police which should be something they do since i reported my unit is empty. They left nothing. They even put the lock back on like nothing ever happened

Ms Dee is the best! Very polite and friendly! Helped me with everything I needed and did it with a smile on her face.
