I am a current tenant at Auburn Way Self Storage. I have rented several units here over the years. Navia is always so wonderful and accommodating. Willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. Yesterday I came in with my brother who needed a unit. He suffered multiple heart attacks and a stroke in 2024. Cognitively he is slower than he use to be. Navia took the time to walk him through the entire process and answer any questions he had. He walked out of there feeling like she recognized his disabilities and did everything to make him feel comfortable. Another satisfied customer. Thanks Navia !!

The world needs more people like the Store Manager, Navia. She is incredible. Kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and does a great job listening to and understanding the storage needs of her customers. She showed me a few different storage units and clearly explained pricing and any related fees. The complex is clean, has security cameras and a secure gated entrance.

The storage facility is completely unsuitable for movers. We rented the unit specifically to be able to drive in directly and also exit directly with 18-wheelers and 26-foot trucks. We paid for a full month in advance. We unloaded our items into the unit and planned to pick them up today with a semi-truck. But the manager caused a huge scene, yelled at me, and said that I have no right to drive up to my own unit — even though I do not need to make a single turn. I just need to drive straight in and straight out. She told me that all drivers leave food leftovers, trash, and make a mess there. I do not understand how that relates to me at all. In the end, after about an hour, she “graciously” allowed us to enter and take our items. But we will never use this storage facility again.
