I had a really great experience with SecureSpace Self Storage. I want to give a big thank you to Will and Kendall for how helpful they were throughout the whole process. When I first set up my account, Will was great. He walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood how everything worked so I’d be good to go when I arrived. He was patient, explained things clearly, and made the setup process really easy. Kendall was also amazing. She followed up with me to make sure everything was good and asked if I needed anything else before move-in. On the day I arrived, she was there and helped guide me through the whole process. Even though it was busy, she still took the time to help me and answer any questions I had. The facility itself is very clean and easy to access, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you again to Will and Kendall for the great customer service and for making everything go so smoothly. I really appreciate it.
