Self-Storage at U-Haul

I have used this uhaul location many times since moving to Cincinnati. It has always been a good experience every time. I would recommend this location every time. Thank you so much for helping me with my multiple moves over the years!

Initial interactions with the staff were pleasant, and they displayed great customer service skills. However, the exit experience was disappointing—a 6:58 AM phone call accusing me of not returning the U-Haul without first checking the facts. The truck was back by 7pm, and the keys were in the night drop box. The agent was extremely rude.
