Self-Storage at U-Haul

I have been with U-Haul storage for about 7 to 9 years. The convenience of the facility was always easy to access and at any time of need. the staff was always helpful whenever I needed something internally. The storefront always had packing and moving supplies as needed. One time my tire was going flat and they had air, and one of the workers conveniently filled my tire for me! Overall, great experience highly recommend storing your items here.

Nicki was most helpful getting me signed up. She explained the access very clearly. Other staff that I encountered were friendly and always ask if you need any help. U-Haul feels very safe and secure with having my own access code for check-in and check-out at each visit. The facility is well maintained and there seems to always be plenty of loading carts.

This was a great Uhaul site for self storage and renting a truck. I appreciated the bays to park my car and load/unload items on to carts. It made the moving process very easy and stress free. I also liked the 24/7 access option and to enter with a code instead of needing a card. This has been my favorite storage facility in Pittsburgh. I highly recommend it! Also, Ramone was very helpful and incredibly friendly. I felt like he went above and beyond in his customer service to help me find a storage unit, purchase moving boxes, and completing my moving out process. I am grateful for all his help! I will recommend this location to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you Ramone for a great Uhaul experience!
