Terrible facility, feces all over. It smells horrible like there’s homeless people living inside of the facility. Management doesn’t do anything. Gate has been broken for about 6 days now. It’s not even safe to go to your unit after 5pm because you don’t know who you will find squatting inside almost like management know everything going on and don’t do anything to help the people that actually pay. I’m paying over $140 a month and there’s so much rat poop and left over items in the hallways. Definitely don’t recommend

Since the change to no front desk management, and everything online, things have gone downhill. The facility seems to have more bugs and when trying to get someone on the phone, they never call back. In fact, when I canceled my unit I had to call asking for a unit just to get someone on the phone. Because the online portal kept kicking me out.

Echoing the last few reviews that mice got into my unit (picture showing their droppings after all of my stuff was moved out). Shocking how unsurprised the office was to hear that mice got into my unit. It really did not sound like there was any concern or plan to fix this animal control issue, so use this storage center at your own risk.
