St Bernard Self Storage

Better rates than most and some of the units have electric and lighting.

Place is trash. Doors always breaking. My items got soaked. Ruined a lot of sentimental things. Mice is horrible. Place is horrible

On January 4th, I called ST. Bernard storage Plus for changing credit card info. Someone answered the phone and hung up on me three time. On January 4th, I called ST. Bernard Storage office around 9:50 A.M. I said "Hello", and he answered "hello", and I waited few second to make sure right name and then he hung up the phone. It happened three time continuously. I called four times and he answered and asked why I called. I told him I need to change credit card info. I gave him my card info and asked reason he hung up my phone call. I told him he needs better attitude toward to customers and he told me to have better English. I visited the office to get his apologies but he refused it and kicked me out. During that time, I talked the office manager about situation, but he explained his guy biased and also quit the phone without notice. I request you and his sincere apology.
