have been a customer for a little over a year now and have 3 units. moved our belongings from another corporate self-storage facility and never looked back. so easy to get to the units (drive up), the facility is very secure, and the rates are the best in the city. louie, the facility manager, has always been very responsive, helpful, and prompt. we plan to be customers for quite awhile. would recommend to anyone who asks.
